The Chief Engineer of Proposals ensures CAE USA produces the highest-quality technical proposal packages to win new business. The role owns overall technical, fiscal, and schedule performance of engineering efforts on assigned proposals and coordinates required resources to develop solutions, costing, and documentation. The Chief partners with Capture Leads and cross-functional teams to align engineering deliverables with capture strategy and support transition to execution.
