Associate Client Relationship Manager

The Associate Client Relationship Manager supports the Growth (Sales) team by developing client relationships, soliciting new and repeat business, and assisting with the execution of Audio Visual projects. This role involves processing orders, managing billing, and providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients. The position focuses on monitoring, growing, and up-selling existing and new business while maintaining a solid understanding of the audio visual industry.
