A 12-month rotational development program based in ERCOT’s Client Services organization that prepares entry-level or career-transitioning candidates for roles supporting the Texas power grid and wholesale market. Associates receive mentoring, instructor-led and web-based training, and rotate through Market Support Services, Market Training, and Client Services Account Management while completing a capstone project.
