Associate Clinic Administrator

The Associate Clinic Administrator oversees the daily administrative operations of the assigned clinic to ensure workflows are functioning properly and the appropriate infrastructure is in place to deliver efficient and effective care. This role involves managing and developing an effective support staff, establishing staff safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent quality and customer service. The position also includes managing provider scheduling, coordinating front desk operations, and serving as an HR liaison for the clinic.
