About this role

The (Associate) Commercial Business Partner provides structured commercial, financial, and operational support across the end-to-end opportunity and project lifecycle for the Real World Evidence (RWE) portfolio. This role partners with Principals In Charge and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and delivery against revenue and margin objectives. The position involves forecasting revenue, managing project profitability, and driving process consistency within a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

Forecast revenue through regular monitoring of the pipeline and active opportunities
Provide end-to-end project lifecycle support including opportunity setup and invoicing
Conduct regular project profitability reviews to identify opportunities for margin improvement
