The Associate Commercial Counsel for EMEA at Harvey will support the Go-To-Market team by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial AI SaaS contracts, ensuring efficient execution of agreements with customers. Reporting to the Head of EMEA Legal, this role also involves establishing a legal presence in the region and addressing additional legal issues as they arise in a fast-paced startup environment focused on transforming legal and professional services through generative AI. The ideal candidate is an English qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in commercial or technology law.
