About this role

The Associate – (Corporate Actions) independently processes and accounts for corporate action events across assigned markets and funds, ensuring accurate interpretation of announcements and timely processing. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to risk and control standards to manage the complete lifecycle of events. This position supports the Custody Corporate Action team by resolving breaks, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and responding to client queries.

Responsibilities

Process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions across assigned markets
Interpret corporate action announcements and determine correct accounting treatment
Reconcile positions and cash while resolving breaks within agreed SLAs

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
