Associate Corporate (M&A)

The Associate Corporate (M&A) role involves advising domestic and international clients on public and private M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and strategic investments. The position requires managing live M&A and corporate transactions from start to finish, including drafting and negotiating key transaction documents. The role also entails conducting legal due diligence, coordinating with multiple jurisdictions and practice groups, and advising on the corporate and regulatory framework applicable to M&A in Indonesia.
