Associate Counsel (4771)

This position supports the General Counsel and Legal Department by conducting legal research, preparing memorandums, and drafting contracts and other legal documents for day-to-day operations and judicial proceedings. The role involves assisting with litigation management, overseeing discovery processes, and providing legal advice to various Authority operating departments. It also includes representing the organization in meetings, hearings, and negotiations as needed.
