Associate Counsel, Transactions - Procurement & Contracts

The MTA Legal Department’s Procurement & Contracts Division is seeking an Associate Counsel to handle a wide range of procurement and transactional matters, including drafting solicitations, negotiating contracts, and analyzing relevant legislation. The role involves collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders across MTA agencies and partners, and may require occasional work outside normal hours and travel to other sites.
