Responsibilities

• Directly manage and mentor the Creative Strategist, providing clear creative direction, feedback, and support for their growth
• Set the creative standard for the branded team, modeling both the quality of output and the pace required to deliver at scale
• Partner closely with the Director to ensure branded creative is aligned with Overheard’s editorial voice and platform strategy
• Contribute to team workflows, briefing processes, and creative infrastructure that allow the branded team to operate efficiently
• Lead kick-off calls as the creative authority, speaking confidently to strategy, Overheard’s voice and tone, and the Doing Things IPE
