Associate Dean, Career and Technical Education

The Associate Dean of Career and Technical Education provides operational coordination for grants, partnerships, and cross-college CTE initiatives under the direction of the Dean. The role involves strengthening noncredit and adult learner access, collaborating with Career Services on work-based learning and job placement, and building faculty and staff capacity through training and assessment. This position supports the district's mission by advancing equity, inclusion, and student success across the Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District.
