Associate Dean

The Associate Dean, Kandy is a key leadership role responsible to the Dean, Academic Programs and the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Sri Lanka) for the quality of learning and teaching associated with the ECU programs at the Kandy location. This role ensures the same quality and support in Kandy as the main campus, working collaboratively with the Dean to embed effective processes for assuring the quality of learning and teaching. The position involves fostering a culture of innovation, managing academic staff development, and ensuring high-quality student learning support and engagement.
