About this role

This role involves supporting senior originators in a high-volume environment focused on insurance company-placed real estate transactions across multifamily, affordable, commercial, and healthcare sectors. The Associate/Analyst will manage the full deal lifecycle, including underwriting, financial analysis, due diligence coordination, and closing logistics while serving as a liaison between borrowers, vendors, and capital partners.

Responsibilities

Support comprehensive loan underwriting and financial modeling based on property cash flows.
Prepare high-quality lender submission packages including applications and loan commitments.
Manage the due diligence lifecycle from needs lists to updated underwriting workbooks.
Coordinate transaction structuring and closing logistics with borrowers and insurance partners.
Maintain accurate transaction data within the proprietary database and vendor relationships.
