Associate, Debt Capital Markets

The Associate, Debt Capital Markets will be a core member of Crux's Structuring team, supporting the structuring, origination, and execution of financings across the capital structure. This hands-on execution role involves financial modeling, diligence coordination, and preparing client-facing materials for renewable energy and energy transition infrastructure transactions. The position is ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, renewable energy, structured finance, or infrastructure investing.
