Associate, Delegate Oversight

The Associate, Compliance Audit and Monitoring supports Oscar's enterprise compliance program by assisting in the development and execution of compliance activities and ensuring understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements. The role helps assess departmental adherence to laws, regulations, standards, and procedures through audit and monitoring efforts and reports to the Sr. Manager, Compliance Audit and Monitoring. This position participates in continuous improvement of compliance policies and provides updates to leadership on audit findings and program effectiveness.
