About this role
The Associate, Compliance Audit and Monitoring supports Oscar's enterprise compliance program by assisting in the development and execution of audit and monitoring activities to ensure understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements. The role evaluates departmental compliance with laws, regulations, standards, and procedures and helps identify gaps and mitigation strategies. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Compliance Audit and Monitoring and is based in Tempe, AZ with a hybrid work schedule.
