Associate, Direct Equity

As an Associate in Hamilton Lane's Direct Equity group, you will manage the full life cycle of private equity direct and co-investments, supporting the team from deal origination through exit. You will be responsible for conducting due diligence, performing rigorous financial analyses, preparing investment committee memoranda, and assisting with underwriting and negotiations to drive value across the portfolio.
