About this role

The Associate Director of Administration is responsible for the overall business administration of the Faculty’s core operational areas including human resources, IT, business development, communications, operations and services. The Associate Director works closely with the Dean to develop long and short-term plans for administration in support of academic priorities, and provides leadership expertise in advancing opportunities for the development and implementation of new initiatives.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and independent expertise on complex administrative matters
Oversee day-to-day administrative functions of the Faculty
Manage and evaluate performance of managerial and clinical staff
Develop administrative policies and procedures
Implement IT-related initiatives to enhance administrative effectiveness
