Associate Director, Advanced Manufacturing

The Associate Director, Advanced Manufacturing leads manufacturing engineering and advanced manufacturing for the Prototype Operations Team, building capabilities to turn new designs into working hardware. This role oversees a team of engineers to concept, design, implement, and sustain manufacturing processes, tooling, and automation from quantity zero through prototype production. The position bridges design and build, ensuring optimal speed and quality while preparing processes for scale and high-volume production.
