Associate Director of Aftermarket Fulfillment Operations responsible for end-to-end accountability of spare parts and service materials supply chain for Carrier Climate Solutions Americas. The role is a strategic onsite leadership position based at the 3PL facility in Chattanooga, TN, focused on elevating performance, capital utilization, and service delivery across global aftermarket channels. This position reports into senior leadership and supports growth through process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
