About this role

This role leads enterprise security for AI-enabled applications, platforms, and services throughout the full lifecycle, including generative AI, agentic workflows, and traditional machine learning. The Associate Director will define security standards for major cloud providers and third-party AI platforms, establish pragmatic guardrails, and partner with technical stakeholders to reduce risk while fostering innovation.

Responsibilities

Lead AI and application security across development and operations lifecycles
Define and evolve security standards and control expectations for AI systems
Implement industry-recognized security frameworks such as NIST and OWASP
Secure AI workloads across cloud and SaaS environments with strong data protection
Establish secure development practices and lead application security testing programs
