Responsibilities

Lead and mentor team of engineers and scientists
Develop and execute strategic plans for assay development

Drive engineering best practices and standards across assay development
Oversee pipeline capabilities for scientists
Conduct technical assessments and guide complex assay implementations
Ensure data integrity and governance for assay outputs

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Molecular Biology, Neuroscience, or related field10+ years in assay pipeline engineering, workflow automation, instrumentation/software integration, high-throughput assay development3+ years in leadership or management roleStrong technical background in molecular assays, single cell and spatially resolved assaysBroad familiarity with multi-omic assays
