About this role

The Associate Director, ATC Cell Therapy Operations will support establishment of lifileucel as a standard-of-care therapy by providing operational and clinical guidance to treatment centers and healthcare providers. This role leads center authorization and post-launch operational, quality, and clinical oversight while building relationships with physicians, nursing, lab, pharmacy, and quality personnel. The position works cross-functionally to develop workflows, training, and SOPs and ensures validated processes and Chain of Identity/Custody are maintained.
