The Associate Director, Automation & Business Transformation leads strategic initiatives to transform Medicaid and Commercial Contract Operations through process optimization, artificial intelligence, and automation. Reporting to the Director within the Revenue Optimization & Contract Compliance team, this role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT to design and implement scalable, technology-driven solutions.
