About this role
The Associate Director – Territory Operations Manager is a regional, senior technical leader in AstraZeneca’s Cell Therapy division who supports patient operations and project teams across clinical and commercial programs. The role sets and implements compliant policies and standards for treatment centers, expands the cell therapy footprint in oncology, and provides operational and clinical oversight for site activation through post‑activation. This field role supports the Northern Atlantic territory and reports to a Regional Operations Director.
