Associate Director, Central Specialty Operations

The Associate Director, Central Specialty Operations leads the operations of ChenMed’s centrally and virtually delivered specialty services, including clinical appropriateness reviews, curbside consultations, telehealth programs, and clinical pathways. This role builds and manages the operating model for these services, ensuring patients receive timely and appropriate specialty care within the Medicare Advantage capitated model. The position drives innovation and adoption of AI-native workflows and technology to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
