About this role

The Associate Director of Clinical Biomarkers will lead the development and execution of biomarker strategies to support early-phase clinical programs, advancing patient selection, pharmacodynamic assessments, and mechanistic understanding. This leader will collaborate across research, clinical development, external partners and CROs to integrate biomarker data into clinical plans. The role also involves overseeing assay development and validation and mentoring junior scientists to drive scientific excellence.
