Associate Director, Clinical Operations

The Associate Director, Clinical Operations will lead the operational backbone of Character Biosciences' clinical programs for age‑related macular degeneration, overseeing study execution, vendor and site performance, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure trials are on time, on budget, and GCP compliant. The role involves shaping and scaling operational processes while potentially building and leading a team as the function grows.
