Associate Director, Clinical Pharmacology & MIDD

The Associate Director, Clinical Pharmacology & MIDD at Zai Lab will lead clinical pharmacology and model-informed drug development strategies for assigned programs, integrating PK/PD, population PK, PBPK, and other quantitative approaches to support key development and regulatory decisions. The role collaborates cross‑functionally with clinical development, translational sciences, regulatory affairs, and external partners to guide dose selection, study design, and lifecycle management for both small and large molecules.
