About this role

The Associate Director, Commercial Manufacturing leads the strategy, oversight, and execution of commercial drug product manufacturing and packaging activities across an external manufacturing network. This role ensures a reliable, compliant, and uninterrupted supply of commercial products by managing manufacturing planning, CMO governance, and supply-risk management. The position partners with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business forecasts into executable manufacturing plans and provides senior management with strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate commercial drug product manufacturing activities at Contract Manufacturing Organizations
Establish manufacturing schedules and develop mitigation plans for capacity and supply risks
Verify suitability and validation of processes at Contract Manufacturing Organizations for drug product

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Process or Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline
