Associate Director, Compliance Management System (CMS)

The Associate Director, CMS at Flex is a senior compliance leader who will serve as principal owner of one or more core pillars of the company’s Compliance Management System. The role focuses on defining strategy, building scalable compliance programs, and partnering with bank and regulatory stakeholders to keep the business audit-ready and compliant. This is a hybrid, highly visible position based in New York, San Francisco, or Salt Lake City with on-site expectations of three days per week.
