Brainlabs is seeking a Data Engineering Leader to define the technical direction and standards for their data practice across multiple US offices. This role involves leading a team of engineers, architecting scalable solutions on Google Cloud Platform, and driving the adoption of best practices like CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code. The leader will partner with data science and client teams to deliver integrated data solutions while ensuring high reliability and quality.

Responsibilities

Define and own the data engineering capability roadmap for the NAMER practice
Lead and develop a team of data engineers providing technical direction
Architect scalable production-grade data solutions on GCP covering full stack
Own the quality bar for data engineering output including pipeline reliability
Partner with Data Science and client teams to scope integrated data solutions
