Associate Director, Data Governance

The Associate Director, Data Governance leads the development and implementation of the organization's data governance strategy, framework, and operating model. The role ensures data is managed as a strategic asset that is secure, high-quality, and compliant with regulatory requirements such as PDPO and OSFI E-21. This position provides leadership to establish clear data ownership, strengthen data quality management, and embed governance processes across business functions.
