The Associate Director, Digital Product Management, Catalyst will embed with complex, high‑priority product teams to accelerate adoption of Amgen’s Digital Product Operating Model, coach digital product managers, and help shape product strategy, outcomes, and roadmaps. This senior hands‑on player‑coach role partners with cross‑functional stakeholders to improve product management practices, resolve dependencies, and drive measurable value across the organization.
