About this role

The role leads nonclinical formulation development and supports clinical drug product development for early‑stage programs, managing CROs/CDMOs, overseeing vendor interactions, and ensuring formulation stability and regulatory compliance. The candidate will guide external partners, coordinate shipments, and collaborate with cross‑functional CMC teams while traveling domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

Manage external CRO and CDMO partners for drug product development
Design and develop nonclinical formulations for oral, subcutaneous, and intravenous dosage forms
Execute physiochemical characterization and pre‑formulation studies for new chemical entities
Coordinate stability, compatibility, and supply shipments for nonclinical and clinical programs
Represent CMC in cross‑functional team meetings and regulatory documentation
