Associate Director, Employee Relations

The Associate Director, Employee Relations fosters a positive and compliant work environment by serving as the primary HR contact for resolving employee conflicts and conducting investigations. This role advises management and staff on labor laws, HR policies, and performance management while ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements. The position also involves mediating disputes and acting as a grievance officer and Title IX Deputy investigator.
