About this role
A facility-facing technical leadership role at Merck’s FLEx Sterile Rahway GMP clinical supply facility within Pharmaceutical Operations and Clinical Supply. The Engineering Lead provides technical ownership for equipment engineering and process knowledge across aseptic formulation, sterile fill/finish, and sterile supply operations supporting small molecules, biologics, and vaccines. The role reports to the Sterile Process Engineering Lead and partners cross-functionally to support clinical and commercial manufacturing programs.
