About this role

This role involves assisting in the management of overall Athletics Equipment Operations at a university level, ensuring compliance with NCAA, conference, and OSHA regulations. The incumbent is responsible for the administration and organization of equipment for assigned sports, including inventory management, budgeting, purchasing, and coordinating site logistics.

Responsibilities

Coordinates selection, purchase, and disposal of sports equipment per safety standards.
Manages day-to-day operations of equipment rooms including inventory and staffing.
Develops and maintains annual equipment budgets for assigned athletic programs.
Collaborates with coaches and business services to forecast apparel and equipment needs.
Supervises student staff and manages logistical support for practices and competitions.
