The Associate Director, External Innovation Diabetes & Obesity will help develop and implement Eli Lilly’s External Innovation and Search & Evaluation strategy to secure pipeline impact across Diabetes and Obesity. The role partners with Cardiometabolic Research to identify and evaluate external opportunities and to advance promising assets from initial assessment through partner interactions and deal closure. It supports integration of scientific and business perspectives to inform internal decision-making.
