About this role

The Associate Director Facilities Capital Projects & Trades is an experienced leader within University Housing Facilities responsible for overseeing capital projects and trades work for residence halls, dining, and university apartments. The role supports the Director of Facilities in overall operations management and helps develop standards and documentation to ensure a high-quality living and dining experience for students and guests. This position participates in strategic planning and interfaces with campus partners to align facilities projects with institutional needs.

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred)
