Associate Director, Forecasting – Systemic Mastocytosis (SM)

The Associate Director, Forecasting – Systemic Mastocytosis will lead forecasting activities for Sanofi's SM portfolio, creating accurate short- and long-range sales forecasts and delivering strategic insights on market opportunities and threats. Reporting to the Director of Insights & Analytics, the role partners with commercial, finance, market access, and other cross‑functional teams to integrate data, model enhancements, and market research into actionable forecasts.
