Associate Director, Gift Planning

The Associate Director of Development plays an integral role in strengthening the Mass General Brigham philanthropic program by strategically identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding prospects and donors for assigned fundraising areas. This individual contributor role manages a portfolio of donors, meets annual fundraising metrics, and collaborates with colleagues, physicians, and leadership to grow the Gift Planning program. The position serves as a key point person for planned giving efforts and works closely with major gifts, prospect research, and donor relations teams to drive revenue and engagement.
