About this role

This role owns the monthly global production plan for Lilly's KwikPen product family, bridging manufacturing science, S&OP, and supply network design to create integrated plans across a 3-to-24-month horizon. The position requires translating technical data and demand inputs into actionable strategies while proactively identifying supply risks and collaborating with global manufacturing and leadership teams. Success involves influencing decisions at the manufacturing and Global Supply Chain leadership levels to ensure product continuity and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Build and distribute monthly network production plans across manufacturing sites
Maintain accurate 3-to-24-month planning horizons within SAP modules
Reconcile plan-versus-actuals and document root causes for variances
Identify supply risks and propose corrective mitigation actions to leadership
Lead molecule risk assessments and supply chain map maintenance
