About this role

This role owns the monthly global production plan for Lilly's KwikPen product family, bridging manufacturing science, S&OP, and supply network design. The professional translates site-level capacity and demand data into an integrated 3-to-24-month plan within the SAP ecosystem while identifying supply risks and influencing leadership decisions. Responsibilities include reconciling plan-versus-actuals, modeling alternative scenarios for capacity constraints, and ensuring supply continuity amidst technical and regulatory changes.

Responsibilities

Build and distribute the monthly network production plan to global manufacturing sites
Maintain an accurate 3-to-24-month planning horizon within SAP PP/MM or APO modules
Identify supply risks and present mitigation actions to manufacturing and GSC leadership
Track capacity utilization and model alternative scenarios for sites approaching thresholds
Translate technical agenda projects into planning assumptions and supply continuity requirements
