The Associate Director, Global Tax leads CSL's global tax reporting and governance activities, including tax accounting, provisioning, and compliance with emerging international requirements like Pillar Two and Country-by-Country Reporting. This role partners with global Finance and Tax teams to deliver accurate, timely reporting that supports business decision-making and regulatory compliance. The position also involves leading the tax provisioning technology platform, driving automation, and supporting strategic tax initiatives across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

Lead global tax reporting, accounting, and forecasting processes across statutory and management cycles
Own the global tax provision framework and drive continuous improvement of the OneSource platform
Drive compliance with Pillar Two, Country-by-Country Reporting, and global tax transparency requirements
