Associate Director, GTS Process & Services Excellence

The Associate Director, GTS Process & Services Excellence leads the Process & Services Excellence team within Global Technology Solutions, driving process optimization, service delivery improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. The role partners with functional leaders, program teams, and regional stakeholders to translate strategy into measurable outcomes, implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies, and embed scalable processes and governance routines. It also involves coaching teams, developing metrics and dashboards, and coordinating cross‑functional improvement projects to enhance efficiency, quality, and stakeholder experience.
