About this role
Associate Director, High-Throughput Mass Spectrometry (Acoustic MS) will drive development and deployment of high-throughput MS workflows to support lead profiling and ADME assays within Takeda’s discovery organization. The role partners with Lab Automation and cross-functional teams to integrate MS platforms into automated DMTA workflows and scale next-generation screening and profiling capabilities. This position is based in Cambridge, MA and reports to the Head of Lab Automation and Transformation.
