Associate Director, IBP & Demand Planning

The Associate Director, IBP & Demand Planning leads demand planning across assigned global business and regional stakeholder groups while directly managing the Americas demand planning team. This role partners with cross-functional leaders to establish aligned demand views, evaluate risks and opportunities, and translate business scenarios into actionable decisions. The position is responsible for leading the transformation of scenario planning capabilities and strengthening planning processes, talent, analytics, and overall IBP maturity.
