About this role

As an Associate Director for Strategic Forecasting and Market Research, you will lead the IME India Hub's forecasting capability, delivering reliable insights, valuations, and scenario planning for Human Health International markets. You will act as a strategic thought partner to commercial, finance, and analytics teams, translating complex business questions into structured analytical frameworks that inform investment and launch decisions. The role involves leading a team, developing compliant market research plans, and embedding GenAI and advanced analytics into workflows to drive productivity and strategic clarity.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, operating model, and governance for the Strategic Forecasting and Market Research capability.
Serve as a strategic thought partner to commercial, marketing, finance, and regional teams.
Lead and develop a team of associates ensuring effective capacity utilization and capability development.
Develop, review, and defend reliable forecasts, valuations, and scenario models incorporating complex data.
Embed automation, GenAI, and advanced analytics into forecasting and market research workflows.
